The business is surprisingly easy and simple to run as there is very little cooking or meal preparation. Breakfast is served direct to the rooms from 7am, although most clients check out before.  At the time of room allocation guests are informed of the availability of meals at the local club which is nearby and provides a chargeback service. 

 

The owners have spent considerable time and money in order to lift the profile of this motel. when they purchased it several years back.  Just about every item of the equipment have been replaced with quality items.

 

An instantaneous natural gas hot water service was installed and this also operates the heavy duty clothes dryer, whilst the washing machines are either Maytag or Speed Queen.  Air conditioners have been replaced where necessary along with a new pressure pump which services the rainwater tank. All linen is laundered daily in house, maintaining control and operational costs.

 

Swimming pool hardware has been replaced and all major room assets are as new including bedding, flat screen televisions and linen.  There is now sufficient linen for 2.5 complete changes throughout the motel.

 

This motel is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The owner’s quarters are private, comfortable & roomy with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge & dining on 2 levels which could easily be split into separate units if required.

 

All motel rooms are spacious, spotless and some 1st floor suites enjoy lake views from the balconys which are accessed through aluminium and glass sliding door.
