Monday to Friday - 5 days only

 

 

Long established, this enterprise services greater Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Port Stephens districts operating Monday to Friday. The enterprise does supply some consumables with supply introduction arrangement to be effected on changeover. Unique opportunity providing a home based working owner with independence along with a superb income.

 

A sole operator can easily handle the cleaning Monday through Fridays with some work carried out either before or after office hours. The existing operator does employ three casuals because, nearing retirement age, the decision has been taken to slow down a little and sell off a little over 50% of the client base with a view to quitting the balance within the next 5 years.

 

Amount to 7 in total and are concentrated in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Port Stephens Council LGA’s.  The enterprise services offices and just the one institution having an average client service history going back between 4 and 10 years with an average client continuity of six years. Jobs have been tendered in past years and are all “performance based”

 

Average hourly rate: Just over $33 when averaged. Annual cpi rises need to be implemented.

 

The enterprise is suitable for expansion of an existing operation. If purchased by a couple, it could be split between them providing scope to increase weekly cleaning hours. Any new work is quoted on request to interested clients, a draft cleaning quotation template has been provided for the new owners.

 

Appliances such as backpack vacuum cleaners, and cleaning gear is secured at major venues.
