All necessary tools, whipper snippers, vacuum  cleaners are inclusive as well as a late model Toyota  Hi Ace van and purpose built trailer. Also included is the mobile telephone sim card which ensures continuity

 

Established for over 20 years and on its 2^nd owners this enterprise services greater Newcastle and Lake Macquarie Council districts operating Monday to Friday. Approximately 60 invoices monthly are posted direct to Strata Managers throughout the two council areas. Insurance premiums are kept to a minimum by declining high risk premises such as centre courts of shopping centres.

 

A working couple handle the cleaning and bin placement each Monday and Tuesday with an early finish. The trailer and mowers are then loaded at home to enable a quick getaway on Wednesday morning. The husband handles the next 3 days mowing and yard maintenance such as garden prep and weeding.

 

 

Wife works a full day from 7am to 3pm on Mondays and from 7am to 1 pm on Tuesday = 14 hours. Husband works same hours on Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are generally full 8 hours days in summer, less in the winter months. An occasional Saturday is worked to catch up, particularly if the weather has caused some delays.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Frequency:

The enterprise services Strata Managers, each Strata Plan has its own defined scope of works. A typical unit block will be cleaned fortnightly, with the grounds maintained once per month in winter and twice in summer.
