Day work only - Newcastle Lake Macquarie – Home Based Enterprise - Commercial Cleaning of common areas - 2 days only, performance based contracts

 

 

This business has never needed to advertise.   All new work is quoted on request by adjoining occupiers and Strata Managers impressed with the work ethic and consistency.

 

All necessary vacuum cleaners, cleaning materials and utensils are inclusive

 

 

A typical unit block will be cleaned fortnightly, with the rubbish bins placed out for collection to suit the fortnightly cycle of rubbish and recycling emptying.

 

Owner operator cleans and places bins each Monday and Tuesday between 7am – 3 pm
